- Public Art in the City of Boston: An Overview of Permitting Procedures
Special thanks to Abbagail Geroux, Esq., who tracked down the laws behind the regulations, connected with the agencies and departments involved, documented her findings in a detailed paper, created a flowchart of the process and played a major role producing this overview of Boston’s permitting procedures, which includes contact information for the agencies involved and links to forms. We would also like to recognize Karin Goodfellow, Sheryl Howard, Esq., and the Center for Law and Social Responsibility, New England Law, Boston, for their contributions.
